We meet at least once a month, at the Holliston Meadows, 140 Summer Street, Holliston, MA 01746 (508) 429 1500. The Meadows is a beautiful multimillion dollar newly built dog resort and spa. The area for the meetup is clean, elegant, cozy and personal, has windows, (and a treadmill!) The staff is angelic! And there is plenty of seating. The purpose of this group is to provide socialization and play time for small dogs under 12 pounds in a safe indoor venue. We will meet periodically in various Dog Day care Centers around Manhattan. This group is a play group only that is geared toward the shy dog who needs to gain socialization skills, active dogs who need more play time with other dogs, puppies who need to learn to play with other dogs and owners who wish to socialize their dogs and meet with other dog owners.

Would your small dog (under 15 lbs) or puppy like to play with others and get their energy out early in the day? I have a fenced in yard where all are welcome or let's share fenced-in spaces. Maybe one to two mornings per week for 30-60 minutes. Let's limit it to small and friendly dogs to minimize problems. Come meet Ziggy (my rescued min-pin/chihuahua mix) and Marley (my rescued yorkie mix) and let your dogs have some fun!

Puppy Meet Up is open to all puppies, regardless of breed, under 18 weeks old whether or not your puppy is enrolled in classes with Best Friends Pet Care. Our free puppy meet up provides a safe environment where your puppy can get the important socialization he needs, in a controlled and friendly environment, supervised by a behavioral dog trainer. Your puppy will develop important social skills while having a great time and burning off some energy!

Little dogs do best when socialized regularly! It's not always easy to bring our little ones to dog parks and let them run around in the general mix. Chihuahuas in particular love their own kind, and love to meet other little dogs. Puppies learn so much from socializing and it's great for rescues too. Small breeds 15lbs and under are welcome!
